Tracking

Linassi carries out shipments in Italy and around the worild, only, with reliable servicies offered by some express couriers. Courrently the courriers used ( the courier is chosen by Linassi with regard to the ordinary shipment and is selected according to the destination of the goods and the weight of the parcels ) are placed in italy with SDA or DHL. Shipment to Russia are carried out with the EMS courier. 

All shipments, in Italy and in the world, are traceable wherever is possible, At the time of the shipment, the customer will received  courier name used and the tracking number, so he can follow the advancement of his shipment. Some orders, if less than Euro 50,00, could be shipped with non-traceable systems. 

Shipments made by Linassi This is insured against damage or loss. 

This insurance is free of charge for all customers for any destination in the world and will be valid until delivery of the goods to the address indicated by the purchaser.

TRACKABILITY

Once the order has been shipped linassi.it informs customers by e-mail of the shipment. You will then receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the status of your order.
